What to Expect
Aboard the Cruise – Join us in Murrells Inlet for a fantastic 4th of July Fireworks cruise aboard the boats Scuba Express, Waitin on 2, and Adventure. We will start the evening off with a sightseeing cruise from our docks through the calm water of Murrells Inlet and into the ocean as we look for dolphins and other aquatic life (weather permitting). Enjoy the famous firework display along the coastline!
We will then re-enter Murrells Inlet and the Captain will stop the boat in a good spot to view the 4th of July Fireworks show at 10:00pm.
**(Note)** The fireworks show is put on by the area restaurants. Express Watersports cruises and vessels has no control over timing, duration or delays of the show.
At the conclusion of the 2 hr cruise we will return to the dock!
Rate: $99 per person… This event sells out every year with a waiting list.
Aboard the Pontoons – Join us for a comfortable seat to watch the fireworks! Boats hold up to 11 guest and are booked each as a private boat. They do not leave the dock but you get a great seat to watch the show. Bathrooms and bars are located on the marsh-walk. Dockside Pontoon rentals are for 2 hrs and $395

The July 4th Fireworks Cruise is a Fireworks cruise through the inlet to watch area fireworks being shot off. There is a Fireworks show that is conducted by the area Restaurants that we do stop and watch. We are not responsible for this Restaurants fireworks show going off on time, delays, or cancellations. We only offer the 2 hr cruise to watch fireworks. The main show does happen 99.999% of the time on time.
All reservations need to be here 45 minutes to 1 hour before departure times so that we may check your group in. The Inlet will be very busy this night. “PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY”. A full charge will occur for any reservations is made at the time of reservations and there are no refunds.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must call 72 hours before your departure. There is a full charge unless we can refill your seats. We do have a waiting list for this cruise.

Do we need a reservation for the Fireworks Cruise at Express Watersports?
Yes. Reservations are required. We sell out every year. Reservations can be made online or by calling 843-357-7777. All reservations must arrive 30 minutes before departure time so that we may check your group in. At the time of departure if seats are available, we will then take walk-ins.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 72 hours notice of cancellation in order for us to refund you. If you cancel within 72 hours or are a 'No Show' you will be charged the the full amount.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes. Express Watersports is a full service watersports center. We have restrooms at our location.
Is there a bathroom on board?
There is a full size bathroom on board.
Where do we park?
We have free parking at our watersports center. Please lock all valuables in your car.
How long is the Fireworks cruise?
The fireworks cruise is a 2 hour cruise.
What is the minimum age?
Any age may board. Keep in mind other guests if your child is under the age of 3. South Carolina State Law restricts the consumption of alcohol to ages 21 and over.
What type of boat do you have?
Our vessel the Scuba Express is a 46’ Newton and 16 feet wide. It is very stable in the ocean. There are upstairs and downstairs viewing areas. The Waitin' on Two is a 31 foot Seaquest inflatable Rib boat that makes for a smooth ride. The Adventure is a 38' Sailing Catamaran that is a fantastic experience for all. All vessels have a bathroom on board.
What about sea conditions?
The ocean is a moving body of water. We will make every effort to minimize any heavy rocking and rolling by positioning our vessel in a way that is most comfortable to our guests.
What about sea sickness?
Guests may take Dramamine, Bonine or any over the counter or prescription sea sickness medicine. Our watersports center does sell Dramamine. If guests are prone to seasickness they should consult their physician.
Is the boat handicap accessible?
Yes! Our decks can accommodate wheelchairs up to 29" x 37", which can be loaded on the boat. The Scuba Express is handicap accessible, however the Waitin' on Two and Adventure are not, so please make sure to inform us of any disabilities before making a reservation in order for us to properly accommodate you!
Are food and beverage available on Board?
Complimentary beverages as well as a fruit and cheese tray are provided!
Is smoking allowed on board?
No! We do not allow smoking on the boat.
What should I wear?
Casual summertime clothes.
Can we tip the Captain?
Captains and their crew work for tips.
